Christine's New Chapter

Worked only a partial day today. Elder son woke with a temp of 103 this morning, which sent hubby into a panic. After a doc visit and chest xrays to rule out pneumonia, he diagnosed influenza. The FLU.

Sigh. So who KNOWS when the kid'll end up back in school. We'll see.

However, I DID get my first WW story in the mail. We'll see what they say - hopefully good things. It's a midsummer story so they might be thinking that far ahead...hope so.

Tired tonight. Lovely, rainy day but it's weary making when you're out in it. Soon, a fire in the fireplace. Next, steaks w/gorgonzola for dinner...something to soothe my soul (and taste buds).

Now, if the rest of us can keep from getting the flu, life will be good.

Christine's New Chapter Never look down... DEMON SOUL was released in MARCH, 2011 by Crescent Moon Press. DEMON HUNT will most likely be released 2012. This, then, is my new reality! The tumor has been removed and I'm recovering, so now it's all about the writing...and dealing with the writing.
