Lots to do

No I am not going to play hookey- just found a pile of "I'll get to it later" work that I hope to get cleaned out today!!! Tomorrow I sit at the other secretary's desk. Did find out 1 thing, at least starting next pay period, the third secretary will not be out the same day as the first secretary. Will allow us to cover the positions better. After 2 years, my boss finally had enough and so did someone who helps cover lunch when I am by my lonesome.
Just in time, next month we cover the front secretary's desk. The first secretary no longer takes a rotation since her boss doesn't want her to. (at least that is what she said.)
Just realized that I have not received my DC refund, actually SO realized that last night. Have to research why not.

Time is going by so fast-it is August. It is extremely muggy and when we get rain it only makes it worse. I think that this is the only place I have been where you can have above 90% humidity and not have it be raining outside.

Tonight is crochet night. SO asked if I was going home before the meeting-I said yes. I have a ride and I really don't feel like eating out by myself. I also have large project that I will be carrying with me. I am starting a new approach. I will have the participants select pattern, yarn etc. and bring it next time. Then I will teach using what the participant wants to do. Hats&scarfs will come along I am sure.

Well, that is it for now.
