good news

This is second attempt at typing this. Good news, I will live. Bad news- Diverdiculitis with secondary infection, home for rest of week, on 2 antibiotics, liquid diet and will need to be watchful for signs of infections for rest of life-immune system doesn't respond well and doesn't take much for it to be overcome. Good news pre-diabetic-controllable by diet, anemia caused by infections (believed by primary doc-next round of blood tests will show for sure). Doc was upset that I was not given scripts for antibiotics by his covering doc and that I was alarmed so much by that doc. Is upset that employer is giving hard time about me being sick, so wrote up slip saying I was on bedrest for rest of week. He wants be to take it easy and stay out of heat (100f again today) but I don't have to stay in bed.

Hubby brought up medical retirement-doc said not for diverticulitus but for the problem with my right leg which has not been right since I had the scepsis infection. I think that the secondary infection is in my leg since I have had sharp pains similar to those that I get with cellulitis in the area of my scars. Oh well, maybe something to check on later.

Well, enough about that, while I am out, I hope to crochet on the afhan. I need to plan out the rest of the center. I will have to see what it will do on graph paper.
