Do you ever stop to think about taking care of yourself?

Answer that honestly. We normally take care of each other easily enough. We take care of our spouses, children, parents, close friends and even coworkers. But do we take care of ourself?

When was the last time you did something nice just for you?

What was the last treat you bought/did for you? Not for the house, not to be used for the family/spouse, JUST FOR YOU.

And I don't mean the cup of coffee you buy on the way to work. I mean something special.

I have to think about this for myself. And so does B for himself.

Time to treat ourselves as nice as we treat others.
