She's like the girl in the movie when the Spitfire falls
Like the girl in the picture that he couldn't afford
She's like the girl with the smile in the hospital ward
Like the girl in the novel in the wind on the moors

The Great Naming Challenge

Okay, everyone, here’s your chance at immortality. Help me name a main character in the book I’m working on. If I pick the name you suggest, I’ll immortalize you with a thank you in the book, and most probably give you a free, autographed copy when I sell the manuscript. Sound good?

I need a name for the hero. He’s from Faerie. He’s Fey. He looks like a combination of Legolas and Spike. (Legolas’ hair, Spike’s features, combination of bodies…) (Should I have warned you to get a drool bucket before I mentioned that?) So, long silky white-blonde hair, tawny gold eyes. He’s honorable, strong, magical, and has spent seven years searching for his daughter.

I’ve been calling him Corwin, but that means raven and is more fitting for someone with dark hair.

His daughter is Giselle, which isn’t exactly her name, but the best pronunciation by a non-Fey. It’s more musical than that. His sister is Melora (could change if nec.). So, it can be a “normal” name, but one that you can imagine sounds different when spoken in a Fey tongue.

What would _you_ name him?
