Nick Mamatas and Stan Goff Rule!

I picked up Stan Goff's latest book, Full Spectrum Disorder last night and encountered the following line while reading Goff's introduction:

"With the invaluable guidance of Nick Mamatas, who as my editor has thankfully again consented to discipline my amateur pen, I have edited out much of the polemic of this book."

I'm not sure it's so great to edit out a book's polemic, but I know that Mamatas is a heckuva good writer and an astute political thinker in his own right, so it was sort of a thrill to realize that he was working with somebody as thought provoking and genuinely helpful as Stan Goff.
