ST1on1 with Connie Chung.

Your host: Connie Chung.

CC: Hello, I’m Connie Chung and this is “One on One”.

Over the weekend the World War II Memorial was unveiled in Washington D.C. A massive opening day ceremony on Saturday featured speakers, bands, and over 20.000 veterans of the conflict 60 years ago.
One of those veterans was also one of the voices who helped get the memorial built, started the process, and championed the fund raising. My guest today is Bob Dole.
Good morning Senator Dole.

BD: Journalist Connie Chung, hello.
