This is BREAKING NEWS From ST!

Mt. St. Helens EXPLODES.

Here, from the New York St World News Headquarters in New Jersey is Connie Chung.

CC: Good morning. At 9:40 am this morning Mt. St Helens experienced another explosion. We have Jim Farris at Cold Water Lake observatory, near the mountain. Jim …

JF: Yes, good morning Connie.
We were at a news conference the USGS was holding, the scientists were talking about ash dispersal when the mountain erupts, when suddenly Mt. St. Helens erupted. A huge explosion of gas and ash exploding 10,000 feet in the air. The events is still happening with clouds of ash and gas still being spewed from the mountain.

Scientists say a quarter mile piece of the lava dome has become unattached from the glacier, and has moved some 20 miles from deep within Mt. St. Helens and is being pushed out and up.
The FAA has been notified and all air travel within 150 miles have been instructed to fly around this area.

CC: Is this the big one , Jim?

JF: It could be, steam started blowing, then gas and ash, and more is now flowing as we speak. If it continues, and it appears to be continuing, this could grow into a larger, longer event.
We just do not know yet.

CC: Well Jim , we will get back ...

JF: Just a moment Connie, the USGS is holding another news conference right now. No seismic activity occurred before this event occurred, it is very hot and is very close to the surface. Very probably the intense heat is just under the surface is Magma and will break through the surface right now.

CC: Jim , are they sure its magma?

JF: No. With all the steam, it impossible for them to see what it is.

CC: So it could be a prehistoric radioactive monster or magma?

JF: Uhh, could be, I guess, but no one here has mentioned anything like that.

CC: Alright, we will be back to you when the monster comes out and starts terrorizing people.

JF: No. I did not say that.

CC: Stay safe Jim, if the prehistoric dinosaur is radioactive he could blow fire.

JF: What ?

CC: Oh, and don ’t let the military try to kill it. They’ll just make it stronger. Stick with the scientists, Jim.

JF: Are you drun …

CC: Jim Farris at Mt. St. Helens. As the mountain again erupts we will be back here with you.

ST IS!
