PG: Hello ST and welcome to the premiere of “STS/FX”. What is it?
A new Science Fiction anthology series featuring the most creative minds from the world’s of Hollywood and literature, featuring stories of the weird and unexplained.
Tonight, some U.S. troops on patrol in Iraq don’t find the enemy they expected.
Now STS/FX presents:
“On Patrol”


Iraq. Present day. a U.S. squad of marines approach an abandoned building on the outskirts of a town.


Pvt. Stone: Hey Sergeant, I don’t remember that building being there.


SGT: They all look alike to me. Private, you and Johnson check it out.


PS: Yes sir.


PJ: Yes sir.


SGT: Stay on the radio.


The two soldiers enter the building.

PS: Sergeant, it looks empty, sir.
Sergeant? ….
Sir?
Radio’s dead.


PJ: Gee, an equipment failure. What a surprise.


(A noise)


PJ: What was that?


PS: It’s… it’s…


AHHHHHHHH!!!!!



PJ: AHHHHHHH!


SGT: Private? Private? Damn Halliburton radios. I’ve got to go in there. Don’t move till I get back.


Private Smith: Yes sir.



Sgt. enters the building.


SGT: Privates? Where are you?

AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!


Private Smith: Where are they?
What?

AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!


Back at the base the squad returns from patrol acting a little zombie like.

The base, from a distance.


AHHHHHHH!
AHHHHHHH!!!
AHHHHHHHHH!
AHHHHHHHHH!!!!
