So, which one would you choose?

I know I probably shouldn’t be doing this except that I do eliminate all contact information, and I promise I won’t make a habit of posting these. I’ve been getting similar notifications every night for about six months and each evening there is always an amazing ad/opportunity.

Hey Netta, how ‘bout the Malaysia gig? Nah, Sparky probably wouldn’t like it. :)

I know I could create a pretty funny post here, but I'm going to bed.

So maties, which one are you going to sign up for?

MALAYSIA
Single house/cat-sitter needed. We are a retired American couple living on a converted whaling ship that is over one hundred years old. It is now a beautifully restored and maintained antique yacht which is our permanent home. We are berthed in a marina which is part of a golf resort at the very southern tip of Malaysia near the Singapore border. The location is up the Santi River in a jungle. Here at the resort there is golf, a swimming pool, kayaking, biking, tennis courts, jungle trekking, forest walks, wild monkeys (slightly aggressive if you have shopping - so bags-be careful) wildlife, and more. We are frequent travelers and need a single person with some mechanical skills (if needed) to housesit when we are away. Typical daily duties would be to look for leaks when it rains, water the plants, observe crews working hours, and other small daily chores plus feed Polaris, our ship’s cat. Polaris is a Siamese cat who loves people and has few demands but loves to talk and be the center of attention at times. He is also fussy about his litter boxes and doesn't like them if they smell bad. The resort can be reached easily by ferry from Singapore which is also the closest large city. Ferries run a few times a day direct to and from this resort. We welcome expressions of interest from single persons who would be interested in this type of caretaking so we can make contact and let you know exactly when we will be away. This house/boat/cat sit is for the entire time we would be away as someone needs to be there every night. Other travel should be planned before or after the housesit, but local village shopping trips from the resort go on four times per week on the resort's courtesy bus for your convenience.
