  1. The Jets are still in first place. I washed my Jets jersey tonight. Yes, I am happy.

  2. I passed 30,000 hits. Only 707,876 more and I'll catch up with Keith.

  3. I'm still trying to play NIGHT MOVES smoothly. The G to F transition is still clunky. But I'm getting pretty good at IN YOUR TIME. Also a Bob Seger song.

  4. President (Elect) Obama said if the auto execs can come up with a good plan, he'll consider helping them out. Reminds me of something Suze Orman said about the basics of buying stock. She asked: "Do you know someone who has no cash and a pile of bills?" Sure, everyone knows someone like that. Okay. "Would you lend this person $1000?" Think about it.

  5. Started work on a short story. Let's see where this goes.

  6. The Black Belts make Martial Arts look easy. But it's not.

  7. I'm still waking up at night with screaming thoughts that my novel should be third person. I've thought it through the first five chapters. A lot would need to change.

  8. I'm thankful for a lot of things. I am especially thankful that I'm still working. I really do appreciate that, because I know I am fortunate.

  9. We signed Ben up for a Wrestling Team today. He can't wait until it starts, December 9. Let's see where this goes.

  10. I have more thoughts than I thought I had.

  11. I don't have to go to San Francisco this week.

  12. My son has noticed that cats have no responsibilities.

  13. Citi got bailout money, and they're buying naming rights to the stadium formerly known as Shea.

  14. I don't really think my theme song (see prior entry) should be Beautiful Day. I don't know what it should be, though.

  15. The blog will stay green for the JETS, through the playoffs!
