Well, yesterday evening I happened to walk past my back screen door and guess who I see? It was my favorite racoon neighbor. The one that lives under my deck. One burrow over from the resident "Racing Kitty". But she (and I stress "SHE") wasn't alone. With her were two of the cutest little racoonettes. Up from down under to snarf a few peanuts. Well the peanuts were in short supply so mama walked up to my door and looked up at me as if to say "Could you give my babies some peanuts?" I couldn't refuse so I opened the door and threw out a handful. Mama gave me a look as if to say thank you, then turned and gathered up about 4 nuts and her and her babies went home. I gots the best neighbors but they do tend to scarf off me a bit much. IE. They got EVERY single apple off my tree. But if that is all they do it's fine by me. At least they don't know what a stereo is. :)
