One of Marcelo's friends invited him to come along today to try out for Jeopardy. As far as I see it, this can go one of 3 ways.

1) He tries out. He doesn't get on. He's upset, but at least I can live with him. His competition with his dad and brother for king of trivia will involve less smack talking. All of this is best for me, worst for him.

2) He tries out. He gets on the show. He wins at least 1 day. I never hear the end of it. His family never hears the end of it. Upside is the money, but I'm not sure it's worth it. ;)

3) He tries out. He gets on the show. He loses. Miserably. I'm not sure what happens after that, but I'm sure it's not a good thing. But his brother and father will have a good laugh. :)

I think he's most afraid of pulling a Cliff Clavin. As long as there's no "Women in History", "Art", "Literature", "Women in Art & Literature", or "Everything Foofy" he's ok. LOL

Later update: He didn't make it on the show, but he's decided to be like the Cubbies. "There's always next year!" :)
