Marc had developed a new habit of talking in his sleep. So sometimes I have a window into what he's dreaming about. Last night I woke up to him mumbling something about wanting waffles. I told him it was still time for night-night but he could have them in the morning. This launched him into his second new habit of 2-year-old behavior. He started throwing a fit. In his sleep. He starts crying and yelling "I want I want I want!". *sigh* There's one thing I could have gotten through the terrible two's without.

He still hadn't woken up at this point. I sat him up and woke him up a little. I asked him to tell me what he wanted (instead of just screaming "I want"). I guess he realized he really had no idea what he was screaming about because he just asked for a drink and went back to sleep. Strange kid. ;)
