You'll never guess what I got to spend today doing! Drinking barium (OMG it tastes nasty :P) and getting a CT scan! How much fun is that? I've had some pain on my left side and the doctor thinks I might have diverticulitis. Ick.

Also, holiday not-so-fun was last night. Certain members of Marcelo's family gloating over the passage of Prop 8. Apparently they think civil rights is such a joke, they started the conversation just to get us worked up about it and then laugh and say nevermind, they didn't want to talk about it and walk off laughing. These are the same relatives that won't come to my kids' birthday parties if they're held at my father-in-law's house AND the same relatives that spent years not inviting an aunt and a cousin to family functions (or not showing up if they were going to be there) just because they didn't agree with the guys each of them was seeing at the time.
