My purple belt test was yesterday, and despite some strange stuff during the test, I think I kicked its ASS! WOO!
The strange stuff mostly consisted of a misunderstanding between my Instr. and Do Joo Nim, which I think caused Do Joo Nim to forget our kicking tests. Which is fine by me, because kicking test #4 is the only thing on my test that I didn't feel like I owned. I can do it well enough, but I don't own it.
I kicked the written test's ASS too! No do-over for me! :)
Jenn video taped it for me so I got to watch it afterwards, yay Jenn! :) I'll probably watch it again today. :)
After the color belt tests, there was a black belt demo, and a black belt ceremony (the black belt test was last month). The ceremony went on forever... and Jenn was so good to sit there on an uncomfortable bench for literally 4 and a half hours, of which literally only 13 minutes was my test. *sigh*
