I continued my quest to work out more by stopping at the West LA dojang on my way home from work yesterday. I got to work out for about an hour or so, good stuff. I also got to talk with the Olivia, Ian, and Simon who are the advanced students in the school. I enjoyed it a lot, we talked a lot about HRD and training and whatnot. Simon is testing for his 1st degree Black Sash this weekend, so I'm sending good ki his way. He's been in California training for the last 8 months getting ready, but will soon be going home to Denmark. I bet he's really exicited to get back to home and have all the stress done with. :)
