papermart.com rocks!

I'm a big fan of passing along good and bad customer experience, so here goes:

With our upcoming move, we decided to just lay a small amount of money down and buy a bunch of boxes. Jenn's bro, Jason, recommended papermart.com. Their website is a little hard to navigate at times, but nonethesless I found the page with moving boxes on it. I ordered many boxes, woo! They were delivered to our door post haste... and then we realized that I didn't approximate the size well. Doh. The smaller of the two sizes we bought was good as a "large" size, and the larger size we bought was just ridiculous. Jenn urged me to call them and ask if we could return them, I agreed after some coaching. :)

Jenn is smart.

I called them and in the span of two minutes, they scheduled a truck to come pick up the boxes, deliver new smaller ones in their place and refund the difference to my credit card. WOO!

It was just that easy, as Amazon.com says... "and you're done."
