Et Tu Fast Food?

I've noticed recently that I'm starting to put on weight.

*unhappy face*

With as often as I work out, I must be doing something seriously wrong to be getting bigger. I mean, seriously wrong. So, I paid attention to my eating habits last week and I ate WAY too much fast food.

So, I've decided no more fast food. Beyond my weight issues if I am actually paying attention to the Eastern Medicine I'm learning, everything is connected. Yes, I have a bad drive and it messes with my muscles and shoulders, etc. However, if my body was healthier overall due to better food, my body would be stronger to fight such problems.

The only questions I have left are: Will I be strong enough and... does Subway count as fast food?
