World of Warcraft allows characters to do a series of quests to obtain a ridable netherdrake. Myzythra has accomplished this. It took a while, but she finally made it yesterday afternoon.

It's interesting to me that Blizzard, the company that runs the game, introduced a new concept with the netherdrake quest: daily quests. They designed this new approach specifically for people who can play a little each day to work toward the goal, while at the same time preventing people who do nothing all day but play the game achieving the same goal much, much faster.

To get one of these mounts you have to do a number of repeatable quests, of which there are about eight that count toward earning it. You can do any/all of them each day, but you cannot do the same one more than once a day. I like the way they executed this idea, to slow down certain players and almost eliminate pressure to play a whole lot just to be the first person to get one.
