Well... a little rushed, but we have put in an offer on the house and all attached acreage. It's contingent on either the sale of our CA house or confirmation from WB that Shelley will be allowed to work remotely. Either one and we can get the loan to cover the offer until the CA house settles. We'll see what the sellers have to say.

We had to move a little faster than anticipated because an offer (or serious interest) came in for the 38 extra acres not listed with the house at the moment. This is probably a neighbor, however we'd prefer to have that acreage as well in order to preserve the view and act as a buffer against development or logging.

If we don't get the whole shebang we'll probably go for the house+20, if we can find out who got the other 38 and find out that it won't be an undesirable situation.

It's a bit nerve-wracking to go through this process in the current situation (selling CA house, no word from WB). It's certainly distracting, time-consuming, and stressful. It helps that Shelley and I can talk face-to-face in the evenings through the computer though.

No word yet on TLC picking our house for their new show. Shelley's hosting an agent-only open house tomorrow, and we have a public one on Sunday the 16th. An agent and his client are coming by on Saturday as well.

And for fun, we've scheduled a get-away in Yosemite for Easter weekend.

How was your day?
