Tonight, I gave a seminar at a local semiconductor manufacturer. Their wellness coordinator had contacted me a few months ago about giving an astronomy presentation. I'm glad that I accepted. About a dozen people showed up and I showed them pretty pictures and then we went out and looked at the Moon and Jupiter through my telescope. They were all intelligent, interested, and friendly people, and it was pleasant to spend the evening with them.

It did make me realize, though, that I miss students already. It's only June!!!!
