The cold packs on my knees serve as reminders that I participated in my first Hawaiian Kenpo class tonight. I learned many blocks and punches and kicks. That was fun. The warmup, though, was evil. I don't think I did that many jumping jacks in all of my years of PE combined. And pushups. And running! Aiieee!!! However, the punches and stuff are so much fun that I'll keep going. My knees will hate me forever.

Did I mention the running and the jumping jacks? Let me just bless the inventor of the sports bra. I purchased a good one for $38 (!!!!) today, and I am SO glad. Jumping jacks!
