Well, I'm on my way to class, but I just saw this article in the Chronicle, and it sums up so perfectly the way I feel that I just had to pass it on:

Missing Summer Already

I don't have a summer to miss, I have a summer to look forward to - but it's too far on the horizon, still: I can only look forward as far as Christmas break. (The other day, my friend Brenda and I were bemoaning the fact that we've hit the all-out sprint until Christmas phase . . . Academic work is far, far more demanding than anything I've done in the last few years, there's no doubt about it as far as I'm concerned.)

Ah, well. Off to class.
