...well, I love all of the 2 years and 2 months that I spent in them.

I think I'm a pretty big fan of the VH1 series, "I Love the 80's" and "I Love the 70's." However, do they have to show these episodes all damn day and all damn night. I like seeing all of the details of the Rubix Cube and the musicality of The Carpenters, but I think VH1 is taking a good thing and beating it into the ground.

Overall, I think that the "I Love the 80's" is superior to the VH1 series, since it seemed a little more authentic. One of the problems with "I Love the 70's" is that it seems that most of the people that comment on that movie weren't even really around for the 70's. Sure they were around, but how can you really comment on the breakup of the Beatles or the height of Michael Jackon's afro if you weren't even alive when he had one.

And another problem is that they show these episodes back to back to back to back to back all damn day long. I've found that the formula of the '70's' and '80's' shows is better served in one hour doses instead of taking 1970 followed by 1971 followed by 1972 followed by 1973 followed by 1974....By the time you reach the last episode, you're going to want to strangle both Mo Roccha and that dude from 'Ed.'
