Why does she always look so pissed off? Every picture I see of her, she has that really famous "scowl" where it looks like she's getting ready to take someone's head off.

wait...now that I mention it, Colin Powell, Dick Cheney, and Donald Rumsfeld all have that same exact scowl. Weird huh?
