I've been at this job for four years, and it was bound to happen...I just hung up on someone for the first time a few minutes ago. Some dude on the other line kept interrupting me, and raising his voice, so I just up and hung up on him mid-sentence.

I consider myself a pretty non-violent type of individual, but I have absolutely NO tolerance for a bully.

And the thing is, if he had let me finish, I was about to give him the best service he's had all day. But he had to be all uppity and e'ything.

Just let him call back...I'll kill him with kindness.
