Plugging away...

Finally got done with ALL my revisions to the first 16 chapters of the novel, along with the two interludes, and I think I'm ready to start doing some NEW stuff tomorrow. I've been plugging away at this most of the day.

In between naps, that is. I still haven't gotten my sleep schedule figured out. I tried going to the coffee shop this morning for a change of pace, but ended up falling asleep over my latte and laptop. Not a pretty sight. So I came back home and got about an hour or so of sleep. Ugh. I hate sleeping when I have stuff to do!

Tomorrow -- the word count starts to REALLY add up. And maybe I'll get some actual reading done on the Philip K. Dick antho that I'm supposed to be reviewing... How do you folks find time to READ???

I'm off to teach tonight. Must prepare first... Later.

Today's Words:
600

Now Playing:
"Binaural," Pearl Jam

Today's Quote:
As the discussions with the Elders continued and more was learned of the ability of the Wannoshay, humans made the grim realization that the “Wantas” have always had the ability to take Earth by force all along. The aliens entered the detainment camps and worked the labor farms only to mollify the frightened humans. With time running short before the predicted arrival of the Late Ones, humanity agreed to accept the Wannoshay by opening up the camps and letting the aliens free.
