I sold a ***king story! No, seriously. It's been like two years since I sold anything, and I just got an email from an anthology Market--Twenty Epics, if you must know--telling me that they're delighted to accept my story for publication. I had to read it twice to be sure I wasn't dreaming the whole thing.

Coolness unbound!

The story is "The End of the Road for Hybeth and Grinar," which I wrote as part of a speed writing exercise at The Wordos. It's the first story I've sold since joining that writers group, and I owe a lot to them. They're beautiful, just beautiful. And brilliant, don't forget brilliant. And amazing, marvelous and f***ing cool!

That may be the Sold-a-Story-High talking.
