Two mornings in a row hubby has been sleeping when I wake up--and I can sleep until my normal wake up time. Is it a pattern, a portent for the future? I sure hope so. This has been a rocky few weeks.

I'm such an optimist that I see one of anything as reason for hope; and two consecutively as opportunity to rejoice.

No wonder I'm so bitter when I'm disappointed.

Still, on a tide of hope and optimisim, I start my day, assisted by twittering birds and the first few glimmers of dawn. Hope your day is beautiful, too.
