I'm doing well. The weather is subdued and rainy, a welcome reprieve from the heat for a lifetime NWerner like me.
My energy is up. I'm sleeping. I wake up and the day doesn't seem impossible. In fact, it seems like a gift, a challenge, and a reasonable quantity to chew.
