I can't sum up this day any better than to say that I feel joy. The best part is that I don't even know why.

Since starting thyroid medication, my thoughts have tended toward the positive rather than the negative. The glass, always half empty before, and then half full only with a lot of positive self-talk, is now full to overflowing. Nothing has changed in my life except my attitude.

Don't worry that I've gone all Pollyanna. I'm not actually capable.

I just feel like this is how my Maker, whatever that may be, intended me to be. In humble circumstance, I am still very happy, doing what I want to do, taking risks and not fearing beyond what's healthy.
