New regimen, partly

I always thought this kind of thing was bullshit: "put a smile on your face and your attitude will improve". What a load of hooey, as my grandfather would say.

But you know what? I tried it and it makes me feel better. I just breathed a soft breath, a deep breath, and put a pleasant expression on my face. It's the kind of expression that feels like it says "I am content in this moment. I'm not rushing, because I know where I'm going and what I'm doing".

Now I will add to the "new regimen" list: elliptical daily, laundry and movie night at mom's once a week, feed the cats (not overfeed), find a bellydancing class.
