We're getting our fence back

Today my husband started to repair our broken fence.

He was going to do it last week, but we had to cut up 3 more downed trees before we could get to the fence.

I can't believe how excited I am to be getting back a fence that I never wanted in the first place. We had to put the fence up when we were having a humongous feud with our neighbor. I hated that the fence represented irreconcilable differences. Now I just happy to have the barrier going back up. It is a different situation now. We lost so many trees that now we need that fence so that my horrible, horrible neighbor can't see into my yard and home.

On a totally separate note: The local news is reporting that William Jefferson has been reelected to congress. This is the man who had $90,000 in his freezer. I am now officially disgusted.
