My sister has been whining about hating weekends. She has ranted about how she never gets to do what she wants, has to clean up after everyone else in her family, her husband disappears for hours to do "errands" leaving her with the child, she never has time to write, blah blah blah.

So yesterday afternoon I called her and she was very chipper. This morning I called her and she was still annoyingly perky and cheerful.

Me: Boy you sure are happy for a weekend.

Her: Yeah, (in a sultry and purring voice) Jack gave me just what I needed last night.

Me: (thinking, yuck and too much information) pause pause
You know there is more to life than good sex.

Her: Are You Kidding???!!!! He helped me clean yesterday.
