Which means that although I was not given a ticket, the other person was probably speeding, and I had been concentrating very hard on not getting in an accident at this tricky intersection...my insurance rates will increase or they will drop us at the next renewal. In spite of the wonderful weather I am definitely in a funk. Dealing with car insurance woes was not on my "want to do" list. In spite of replaying the accident over and over and over in my head, I just can not figure out how it happened. The damage to my car has a preliminary estimate of over $5000, fireplace.
