Ok, so I'm still on this *D* word kick. Tried to watch what I ate this weekend...no cookies, no sweet drinks. And, although I didn't do any power walking... I worked my @ss off with house and kids stuff.

Well, the scale today said I gained back that pound I lost last week. Part of the problem is that I don't have time to keep track of what I eat on the weekend or have time to regularly schedule a walk.

Guess I"m going to have to *FIND* time, somewhere. Hmmm... mebbe its hidin' under the fridge...?
