And that's basically what I have... no new news, nothing really to report... still stuck in this infernal holding pattern and its wearing my nerves quite thin. We've planned all we can, researched every option we can think of (and its costs) and we're left with the hardest thing of all... waiting. No wonder I can't teach my kids waiting/patience. LOL! I can't to it myself.

Realtor wants to do *another* open house this Sunday. *groans* I have no idea what we're going to do for that block of time.
