It's the end of September already! Three quarters of the year has gone by--give or take a day or so.

It's beginning to cool down a bit here--I'm using a light afghan at night, rather than just a sheet. And the cats are more likely to cuddle.

I had trouble getting to sleep last night, therefore I slept later than I normally do.

But I did get stuff done around the house and the trash out to the front before the pick-up guy arrived.

I plan on going in to work tomorrow, so I need to get to bed (quite a bit) before midnight tonight.

About the only thing of I did today of any significance was to start the Tess Gerritson book The Bone Garden. It's looking quite promising.

So how can I be ready to hit the sack at only 8 PM?
