IUD, that is.

In the morning I thought about lighting the furnace. Then I thought "use the heavier afghan." (And two cats.)

I did get some stuff done outside. I hosed down the windows that are under the patio cover. It's amazing how clear the day became (from the inside.)

Some weeds got whacked. I plan to burn some of the accumulations, such as the pine cones blown down by Gustav, and to do that I need to park the car in a different spot. That's what got weed-whacked today. (the different spot) I plan on staying home tomorrow to do some more yard work while the weather is so nice. Now I'm ready.

Watching the Saints game on TV was an exercise in futility.

Next week they play in London. At least the other team will also be jet-lagged. The next home game isn't till the end of November.

I started a book I bought the other day. Can't think of the author, but he is a top meteorologist. Title of the book is Category 7. (Gee, I wonder what it's about.)

Can't think of anything else to say, and it's time to put out critter food for the masked ones.
