One little thing after another has been interrupting me and the computer.

First, the monitor stayed black.

So I poked and wiggled and undid then redid just about every connection and when I tried again it was fine.

I was just about done with the blog-roll when I wanted to make a comment on one.

No response. Wonder if that's because the keyboard doesn't appear to be on?

Okay, once again unplug and replug.

Knock wood, but it's working now.

I finally had a nice night's sleep--as in I didn't wake up at the crack of dawn. Hope I get another one tonight.

Weather continues to be the kind that gets the weather channels a lot of viewers. There's a low pressure system sort of parked in the general area. And every day there's usually some rain.

The fifth anniversary of Katrina is almost upon us. It changed a lot of people's lives, and mine was among them.

It may rain again tonight, but that's pretty standard for this time of year.

I've fed the cats and put out raccoon kibble a bit earlier. I'll toss out some biscuits in a bit.

I left the house just before noon to pick up some food at Popeye's. A three piece meal goes two meals for me.

Is that an IUD or not?
