I'm getting close to finished with the current collection. Probably only about a dozen folders to go over and clean up. Then I'll bring my inventory lists home and type them up here.

It's so much easier to do it that way than using an unfamiliar (Apple) computer.

Very very quiet at work. The summer is being used for a massive cleanup of the storage area. And collections that need processing keep showing up by my carrel.

That's good--I like having work to do.

This morning I found a book on my desk--A Mind of Its Own. I had bought it quite a while ago, read it, and either left it there, or donated it. At any rate, it came back to me.

What's it about? The subtitle is something like "A
Cultural History of the Penis." I shall probably re-read it.

Weather today was pleasant--hot, but not miserably so. I caught the edge of some minor showers as I was leaving the campus, but they didn't last long.

I went upstairs to get some more parking passes, but the secretary was out of them. No problem--she'll mail me several.

So--I guess next week Monday probably won't be here till the middle of the week.

All in all, a very ordinary day--(make that an IUD).
