I watched part of the Oscars, not all of it. I've only seen very few films of 2005. The only nominated for Best Picture was _Walk The Line_, which I thought was a very good film, but not the Best.

Despite my lack of research into the matter, it was beyond obvious to me that the Best film of 2005 was _The 40 Year Old Virgin_. QED.
