Plus a character and scenario that I hadn't considered before magically appeared as I was writing on Sunday, which is always nice.

Sunday itself was nice, just nice. Typing on the laptop while sitting next to an open window while a storm had been gathering strength all day. It's not normally humid and stormy in Portland, so it makes for a pleasant change. And since I'd just reseeded the lawn, this means either that the pelting rain will destroy my efforts or it will ensure that the young seedlings will not want for water. And that yardwork had me feeling pleasantly tired as I sat by the aforementioned open window; thus all pleasantries were recursive and self-reinforcing that day.
