Anyone else feel like that game should have been more exciting than it actually was?

Yes, the refs sucked. Yes, pretty much all the bad calls were against Seattle. But the refs weren't responsible for the two missed field goals, or the two passes that would have been touchdowns had the receiver paid attention to where his feet were, or the horrendous clock management at the end of both halves. So stop whining, Seahawks fans.

Best part about last night's commercials -- Jimmy (in the first ESPN Mobile spot) and Albert (in the World Baseball Championships promo). A much appreciated reminder that baseball season is just around the corner. Also, the "theft deterrent" phone commercial was funny, but most of the others were pretty bleh.

After watching Grey's Anatomy (which rocked!) I noticed one big similarity to the Alias post-Super Bowl episode a few years ago -- namely a, highly unecessary early scene (though GA's was admittedly hilarious) capitalizing on the sexuality of the female star(s). (Anyone remember Sydney marching down the hallway of the bad guy's airplane in lingerie -- twice, because the guy "didn't like" her first outfit?) Makes you wonder if ABC made any plot "suggestions" in return for the plum post-game spot.
