I really was not clever in terms of scheduling my time after I got back from vacation. I left myself a large number of things to accomplish in a very short space of time. This would have been fine, if I'd been feeling in tip top shape and working at maximum efficiency all this time. But I felt kind of lousy on Saturday and Sunday, which meant that I accomplished about half of what I'd meant to do on each of those days. So, now I have to pick up the slack.

So, last night I got a good night's sleep, and I got up this morning and had a good breakfast and a cup of lethally strong Peet's Mocha Java. And I've crossed two things off of my to-do list (including registering for another technical writing class at San Jose State.) And I'm about to finish typing the short story that I finished writing Saturday night.

And if I can keep up this rate of productivity, I ought to be able to finish up everything I need to do over the next couple of days and not miss any deadlines or anything.
