On the wish list for my new home office in my new apartment: a heavy duty paper shredder.

We bought a paper shredder about a year ago, but it was an cheapie model, and we managed to fry it in less than 24 hours. (In fact, I think we managed to fry it in less than an hour. For lo, we are mighty, and our paperwork is legion.)

I have just tossed out about half a gazillion old billing statements, and a metric fuckload of credit card offers, and I shredded them all with my own little hands. Yuck.

Hey, now that we've got a Do-Not-Call list, can we get a No-Mo'-Plastic list? Really, people, if I want more credit cards, I'll ask for 'em!

Off to throw away more stuff....
