What? Me Stressed?

Okay, so, yeah.

I've got two websites to finish by tonight. A little stressed about getting them done, as there's some Flash stuff involved that I'm still getting the hang of workin gwith. One is for the production company, the other is for our first film. They really need to be done by tomorrow morning so that David can show them to investors and producers.

I've gotta run by Beverly Hills right after work to pick up a headshot and resume from Robert and then get it scanned in, within the next couple of hours, and then get to work on the site.

Needless to say, there will be no gaming for me tonight.

In other news: My Show Goes Up on THURSDAY! and I'm really stressed out about that. I know we'll pull it off and I know it will be good, but I'm stressed. I'm still missing a cast member. It's a small role, and I'll prolly do it if I don't have anyone else to do it by tomorrow.

Anyone out there wanna be Juror #6 who has some rehearsal time? :)

Erik took a lead role when my 2nd lead actor informed me that she wasn't going to be able to do the show because she got cast in a significant role in a major motion picture where they volunteered to cut out a slight nudity scene in order to keep her. It pays well and shoots in New York. Can't blame her too much for that ya know. The rest of thecast was very supportive n her decision, and she still came and helped out during rehearsals.

What was I thinking when I asked to direct the the biggest cast that we've had for a show at this theater?

Work's stressing me a bit too. It is semi productive though, and not too bad. Things are still transitional, even though it has already been a few months, and there's been some rough spots, but it's been interesting and more satisfying than when we belonged to that other company. Unfortunately, I've got some unhapy employees who are openly talking about quitting if they find something better. *sigh*

The good news is that the full intention of thsi comapny is to grow the company presence here in LA, and that's going to be all me. We've got to find a new location, scratch that... I've got to find a new location, organize the move, etc. before the year is out.

In a roundabout way I found out what the plans were for the LA office when I asked for specifics on what s expected for the new office. The specs are that it needs to hold at least 10 employees and have at least one small confeence room.

I'm very okay with that.

So somehow, I miscalculated checking account stuff, and forgot about a couple of my automatic payments (though they've been monthly payments for at least a year). Paid rent today, and then realized that things are gonna be pretty damn tight this week. I hate it when I do things like that. Oh well.

Alrighty, thats it. Back to work, then stuff.
