Does anyone out there have any tips for the sleep deprived Thea?

It's really getting silly, and I'm not exactly sure what to do anymore. I'll go to bed, but will be so stressed that I'll either be wide awake, or flip in and out of semi-concious stress dreams, and very exhausted once moring hits because I feel like I barely got some sleep. When I feel like I got the most sleep between snooze-button-hits, I know it was a rough night.

I am not sure whether I've done it recently, but I've also been prone to sleepwalking for a while now. Not too much, just apparently a little wandering around and the occaisional waking up in the shower to a boyfriend knocking on the door asking if I am okay and why I am in the shower at 3 AM. Slightly unsettling.

Currently, I'm not taking anything. I've had success with Ambien and some other perscription in the past, but I don't like perscriptions long term. OTC will work off and on but most OTCs are really just large doses of Benedryl, and make me wake up severely dried out.

I've considered going the herbal route, but the stuff I've gotten in the past smelled terrible (I think it was Valerian Root and something else)

I know I prolly need more exercise, which I plan on returning to once this show is under way. I've gained a little more weight recently too, which may also have something to do with this.

I'm officially open to suggestions.

Thanks.
