Well my pastry class went a lot better than I had imagined. I was really worried that I was going to have to take out my snake bites. But nope. Just no hoop earrings (I don't wear earrings any more), bracelets (I have none), rings (just the one Owner gave me) or necklaces (have but I keep them tucked under my shirt). The only thing that doesn't seem to hold my interest is standing up for pretty much the entire time. We start class at 3:30 and we go until 8:35 pm. Chef Adams wants us to be on our feet the entire time while he lectures/demonstrates or while we're doing lab. He seems much more laid back personality wise but is a hardass when it comes to actually doing stuff in the class. So I'm fairly certain if I give it my all and I try my hardest there's no reason for me to fail. Anyways, I had this class mate in the 8 wk basic skills class. She's seen me and she's even been in my groups and what not, yesterday out of nowhere she calls me Stephanie. I'm like wait what, how in the fuck do you NOT know my name especially since it's been embroidered on my chef's coat?! I seriously wanted to falcon punch her in the face. But I has to be a good Tuna. Bleh. Anywhoo not much else to tell today. So after I finish blogging I'll add the few pics I took from our class demo yesterday that Chef Adams did.
